Working with Maddison on the Canada Post Parkade Refurbishment has been an excellent experience. The nature of the project meant that we had tight timelines, and a client that was scrutinizing the project outcomes very closely.

The work site was well organized and well set up. Safety barriers were erected and maintained throughout the work.

I had an opportunity to tour one of the real estate directors for Canada Post around the parkade while the work was underway, and we met with the supervisor of the caulking crew on the top level. He detailed the work scope, explained what the crew had done so far and what was left to do, and gave a timeline for completion. The director was very impressed with his politeness and knowledge.

Although there is still some outstanding scope due to a material shipment error, all in all the job went very well. I would not hesitate to invite Maddison to bid future work for JLL.

I have had the pleasure of working with Maddison Construction Ltd. (MCL) on several projects of varying sizes over the last couple of years and have been impressed with the company’s timeliness, communication, and quality of work. Maddison Construction has been the retained contractor on multiple recent projects I have coordinated, with a wide range in magnitude. All projects, small or large have been completed with a high level of professionalism focusing on quality, safety and cleanliness. To date all projects have been completed on time and within a reasonable timeline, with any outstanding issues resolved within a timely manner. Maddison Construction has assisted with several projects including restoration and repair work on our Administration building foundation, retrofit of two conference rooms at our W.B.
