Maddison Construction Limited (MCL) appreciates the importance of financial assurance for our clients. Bonded by Intact Insurance, MCL’s bonding capacity is indicative of the company’s high standard of work coupled with a reputation for providing excellent service.
Insurance
MCL respects the insurance requirements of the construction industry. As such, we carry a $5 million general liability policy, a $5 million auto policy, and additional custom coverage that protects clients and the public.
Risk Mitigation
Restoration, renovation and retrofitting of existing properties requires attention to detail and risk assessment, which is why MCL’s diligence in all phases of the project makes us an outstanding choice for any stakeholder. Prior to project initiation, we conduct a comprehensive job site checklist to identify and mitigate any potential risks that may arise throughout the project’s progression. All stages of the project are similarly monitored right through to project completion. MCL’s policies are set out to ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, environmental standards and national and provincial building codes.
