Metro Industrial Tenant Fit-Up

Project Description

This project saw an 8,000 ft² office fit-up within a 100,000 ft² warehouse, beginning with the construction of a demising wall to define tenant spaces, followed by underground plumbing, a rooftop mechanical unit, gas piping, venting and a new electrical system with dedicated panels.

Interior work featured four washrooms, including an accessible universal washroom with automatic doors, key card access points and a server room. A standalone shipping office created an additional work zone within the warehouse.

To meet an aggressive six-week timeline, MCL coordinated trades in round-the-clock shifts, completing a fast-tracked, complex build on time and budget.
